CM III & CM X Potting Machines
The CM Potting Machine systems are continuous motion potting systems with the highest production levels available from any potting machines. Pots are loaded automatically or by hand for smooth transplanting. The unique drilling mechanism provides longer drill life and more uniform holes.
EP Pot Dispenser
The EP Pot Dispenser will dispense from 6″ to 12″ pots. It works with the Insta Potters and can also be added to other potting machines dependent on type and size. This dispenser is extremely easy to setup and adjust. The pots are loaded by the in-feed conveyor which can be preloaded with several stacks of pots.
Horizontal & Infeed Pot Loading Systems
By adding the Horizontal Pot Loading System and the Infeed Pot Loading Conveyor, fewer workers are needed for production. With its high volume output and continuous smooth motion, the pace of production is easily maintained. A perfect addition to a CM III or CM X potting system.
The Insta Potter Pro is designed for efficient potting of bare root materials into containers ranging from 6″ to 18″ diameter. A variable speed low-profile two-yard hopper provides a constant flow of material over an 18″ wide variable speed planting conveyor, allowing the grower to set the pace of production.
Mobile Box Filler
This machine is for growers who fill a high volume of large containers. Containers can be filled directly in the field eliminating the need to handle them after filling and planting. Hydraulic controls provide consistent soil flow for high speed filling. Operator controls offer precision filling with minimum spillage.
